Each item is custom-made when you place an order. This means your product is unique and crafted just for you! Simply choose your favorite design, select your size and color (if applicable), and complete your order at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary. Here’s what to expect:

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on international shipping though.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what do I do?
Sometimes tracking takes a few days to update. If you haven’t seen movement in 5+ days, contact us, and we’ll help track it down.
RETURN POLICY
Because each product is custom-made to order, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I exchange or return my item if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size/color selection. Please check the sizing chart carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Do gift cards expire?
Nope! Our gift cards never expire, so the recipient can use them whenever they’re ready.
Can I return or refund a gift card?
